Adding, editing and deleting metadata

The information contained in Overview, Internal Data, and Shared Data sections of a Case can be changed and updated.

  1. Open a Case and Click the create.
  2. Navigate to the data field you wish to change and click the small create next to the entry.
  3. Make the necessary change and then click either the done to add the change or the close icon to disregard the change.
  4. After making all changes click the save button to save all updates.
